The saree must be in original condition.
Sarees that are worn, altered, or used will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Handloom sarees may have minor knots in some areas – this is not a defect but a natural part of traditional handloom weaving.
There may be slight color variations between the saree photo and the actual saree due to lighting, camera settings, and screen display.
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 3 to 4 working days.
Refunds / Returns are not applicable to items on sale or the ones that are processed for fall edging, tassels and blouse stitching.
