Q1. Are the sarees shown on the website original photos?
Yes. All the photos on our website are of the actual sarees available in stock. We try to show clear and accurate images so customers can clearly see the design and details before purchasing. Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Q2. Can I visit and purchase sarees in person?
Nagpure Paithani operates as a storage facility where all ready stock is kept. In-person visits and direct purchases are not available. Please view complete saree details on our official website and place your order via WhatsApp.
Q3. Why is the MRP higher than the price offered on WhatsApp?
The MRP reflects the typical retail showroom price where customers can touch and see the saree before buying. Retail stores include additional expenses such as showroom rent, staff salaries, and maintenance costs.
We follow a direct-selling model and sell sarees online. This helps us reduce many of these extra expenses. As a result, when you order directly from us, we are able to offer the same saree at a lower price.
Q4. Does the lower price affect the quality of the saree?
No. The lower price is due to cost savings, not compromised quality. The fabric, weaving, and zari quality are premium and authentic.
Q5. Is the saree checked for quality before dispatch?
Yes. Every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. The finished saree undergoes three rounds of quality checks to ensure there are no defects in the fabric, weaving, or design. Only after passing these checks is the saree approved and dispatched.
Q6. Are your sarees genuine Yeola Paithani Sarees?
Yes. We manufacture authentic Yeola handloom paithani sarees using traditional weaving techniques. Each Paithani saree is crafted with high-quality silk and zari and woven by experienced Master Weavers. We focus on preserving the traditional while maintaining premium quality in every saree.
Q7. Do your sarees have a Silk Mark & Handloom Mark certification?
Yes, selected pure silk sarees are available with Silk Mark certification. This certification is issued by the Silk Mark Organisation of India to ensuring that the saree is made from genuine pure silk.
Some sarees in our collection, such as Yeola handloom Paithani and other handloom sarees, may carry the handloom Mark certification. The Handloom Mark confirms that the saree is genuinely handwoven.
Q8. How can I know if a paithani saree is from south or Yeola?
Complete details of each saree are provided in the Specification section - such as the state it originates from, design, fabric, length, whether it is handloom or machine-made, and other important details. Please read this information carefully before making a purchase
Q9. Do you provide customization or made-to-order sarees?
As manufacturers of Yeola handloom Paithani sarees, we mainly offer authentic ready sarees from our collection. In some cases, customization or made-to-order sarees may be possible depending on the design and weaving requirements.
Q10. How can I place an order?

Q11. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. We accept prepaid payments via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Bank Transfer.
Q12. Will I receive a receipt after payment?
Yes, a payment receipt is provided after successful payment.
Q13. Is shipping free?
No, shipping charges are applicable. We clearly inform customers about the product price and shipping charges separately. We avoid adding hidden shipping costs to product prices.
Q14. Do you deliver outside Maharashtra?
Yes. Detailed information is available in the Shipping Policy section.
Q15. How many days will it take to receive my order?
All products are dispatched within 2 days after the order is booked. You can track your order status on the courier website using the tracking ID provided by us.
Q16. Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, after every order is shipped, we provide you with tracking details so you can easily check the status of your order.
Q17. Can I return or exchange a saree if I don’t like it?
Yes. We have a separate “Return / Exchange” page. Please follow the steps mentioned there to initiate the process.
Q18. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can contact us via WhatsApp or phone to cancel your order. The cancellation process is explained in our Return / Exchange policy.
Q19. Can I book or hold a saree?
Yes, we can hold a saree for a limited period. If the order is not confirmed within 24–48 hours, the booking may be cancelled.
