Q1. Are the saree photos real ?
Yes. All photos shared on our website and WhatsApp are of actual sarees. We do not use fake or internet-sourced images.


Q2. Why are your saree prices so affordable ?
We sell directly to customers without showroom rent, sales staff, or middlemen. This helps us save costs and offer sarees at up to 20% lower prices than MRP.


Q3. Does the lower price affect the quality of the saree ?
No. The lower price is due to cost savings, not compromised quality. The fabric, weaving, and zari quality are premium and authentic.


Q4. Why are exact saree prices not displayed on the website ?
As our prices are wholesale, we do not display exact prices publicly to avoid affecting local retail businesses. For price details, please contact us via WhatsApp or call.


Q5. How can I place an order ?
Complete order instructions are available on the “How to Order” page on our Home Page. Please visit the page and follow the mentioned steps. 


Q6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available ?
Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. We accept prepaid payments via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Bank Transfer.


Q7. Will I receive a receipt after payment ?
Yes, a payment receipt is provided after successful payment.


Q8. Can I book or hold a saree ?
Yes, we can hold a saree for a limited period. If the order is not confirmed within 24–48 hours, the booking may be cancelled.


Q9. How many days will it take to receive my order ?
All products are dispatched within 2 days after the order is booked. You can track your order status on the courier website using the tracking ID provided by us.


Q10. Is shipping free ?
No, shipping charges are applicable. We clearly inform customers about the product price and shipping charges separately. We avoid adding hidden shipping costs to product prices.


Q11. Do you deliver outside Maharashtra ?
Yes. Detailed information is available in the Shipping Policy section.


Q12. Can I return or exchange a saree if I don’t like it ?
Yes. We have a separate “Return / Exchange” page. Please follow the steps mentioned there to initiate the process.


Q13. Can I visit and purchase sarees in person ?
Yes, you can view and purchase sarees in person. However, prior appointment is required as sales staff may not always be available.


Q14. Do you provide customization or made-to-order sarees ?
As manufacturers of Yeola handloom Paithani sarees, we provide only authentic real Paithani sarees made strictly as per order.

You can view customer reviews on our Google Reviews page and the Our Happy Customers section on our website.


Q16. Do you have social media accounts where I can view sarees ?
Yes, we do have social media accounts. However, due to duplicate and fake accounts, we recommend placing orders only through our official Website and WhatsApp for safe and reliable purchasing.


Q17. Does Nagpure Paithani post saree photos and prices on social media ?
No. Nagpure Paithani never posts saree photos, prices, or product details publicly on social media platforms.


Q18. How can I get saree photos, prices, and complete details ?
Original saree photos, prices, and complete product information are shared directly with customers via mobile communication (WhatsApp or phone call) only.
