RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY :
At Nagpure Paithani, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, the following policy will apply.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE
The saree must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags intact.
Sarees that are worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Handloom sarees may have minor knots or irregularities, which are a natural part of traditional handloom weaving and are not considered defects.
Slight colour variations may occur between the product images and the actual saree due to lighting, camera settings, and screen display differences. Such variations are not eligible for return or exchange.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE
Products purchased during sale or discount offers
Sarees that have undergone fall edging, tassels, or blouse stitching
Products sourced or made as per customer-specific requirements
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on colour variation, fabric feel, zari appearance, texture, or other natural variations
Since manufacturers do not provide guarantees, natural variations in colour, fabric, and zari may occur.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request clear photographs of the product for verification.
Do not return the product without prior confirmation from us.
Any product sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched only after we receive the returned item at our office.
Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
If a customer is charged twice for a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 3–4 working days.
Refunds for online payments (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking) will be processed to the same account used at the time of payment.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Returned items must be sent using a reliable courier or registered service to ensure proof of delivery.
The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
Any return shipping cost exceeding the original delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
