SHIPPING POLICY : 

• We deliver orders to all valid postal addresses worldwide.

• Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, therefore customers must provide a complete street address, correct PIN/ZIP code, and a valid contact number while placing the order.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION :

• Shipments are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

• All orders are shipped from Yeola, Maharashtra, India.

• Shipments within India are sent via Speed Post or other reliable courier services.

• For large consignments, Angadia services may be used.

• For international shipments, we primarily use DTDC for safe and reliable delivery.

• If a customer requests a specific courier service, we will try to ship through the same, subject to availability.

SHIPPING CHARGES :

• Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order.

• International shipping charges depend on the size and weight of the order.

• The total shipping cost will be added to the final invoice.

• Domestic Shipping Rates (India)

• Within Maharashtra: ₹80 per kg

• Outside Maharashtra: ₹120 per kg

• Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight of your order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING :

• Once the order is handed over to the courier, we will share the Tracking Number, courier company name, and dispatch date.

• Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website.

COURIER & DELIVERY ISSUES :

• If an incorrect address or PIN code is provided, courier companies may charge additional penalties, which must be borne by the customer.

• Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, flight delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.

• The shipment will be delivered only after completion of all customs formalities.

• If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with:

• Verify the product quality and quantity before accepting delivery

• Refuse delivery or mention suitable remarks on the proof of delivery

• Lodge a complaint with the local courier office immediately

VAT / CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES :

• VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are not under our control.

• These charges vary by country and must be paid directly by the customer.

• Customs duties and taxes are not included in the order total.

• International customers are fully responsible for any customs or duty charges imposed by their country.

• Courier companies may also levy additional service charges, depending on the case.
